Lead Pastors Russ and Betty Jones have pastored Faith Family Worship Center for nearly 15 years. Pastor Russ is known as a dynamic preacher who deeply cares for the needs of others. As a 5th generation Pentecostal, he desires for others to know and experience the power of God through the Holy Spirit. Pastor Betty is an accomplished soloist. She emphasizes missions, worship and a love for God as she ministers to children, youth and adults. They have been in full time ministry for 23 years, married for nearly 25 and have one daughter, Anneka.
Tom and Barbara Rogers have been in ministry in Florida for 20 years and have served together in Nursing Home Ministry, as Childrens Pastors and most recently as Senior Pastors. They now serve as Pastors of Village Hope Outreach (a satellite ministry of Faith Family Worship Center) which meets at Pinelake Village in Jensen Beach They recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary and have two grown children, Damian & Natalie and two grandchildren, Pablo Sincere & Damon Alexander.
Donna and Randy Shurr have been attending FFWC since 2004 when they, moved from Maryland. Donna was rasied in Stuart and is very happy to have returned to it's sunny, warm weather. Randy, a Pennsylvinian native, is happier scuba diving than shoveling snow . They and theri two children, Anson and Tessa live in Palm City.

Helen was born in Arkansas and has attend Assembly of God churches for the last 41 years. She serves FFWC as a member of the vision team and gives oversight to the needs of custodial and grounds. She has lived in Arkansas, Orgeon and most recently Florida. Here she gets to participate in her favoriate activity of all time. Playing with her grand daughter, Anneka.
Tim and Taneal Jarrett have been working together in Youth ministry for the past 2 years and have such a calling on their lives for the youth of today. They have a heart to serve in the community and at the local schools. Tim grew up in the Assemblies of God in Miami and has a heart along with Taneal to worship God in everything that they do! They have two children the oldest being Sabrina who is in High School and Benjamin who is in elementary school.
