OUR LEADERSHIP
PASTOR RUSS
Pastor Russ Jones brings over 45 years of ministry experience, including 36 years as a lead pastor—30 of which have been spent serving at Faith Family Worship Center in Palm City, Florida. He is a graduate of Central Bible College (now Evangel College), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology, and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He is also a certified life coach through Light University.
A dynamic leader and communicator, Pastor Russ is passionate about teaching and equipping others to develop a faith that produces new life and lasting hope. Beyond the pulpit, he serves as a writer, teacher, coach, and mentor, offering practical insight on leadership, life, and a deep commitment to God’s Word.
Russ has been married to his wife, Betty, for 42 years, and together they have one daughter. His life and ministry continues to impact those around him as he leads with wisdom, compassion, and a genuine heart to serve God’s people.
PASTOR BETTY
Pastor Betty Jones brings 45 years of ministry experience to FFWC, serving alongside her husband, Russ. She is a graduate of Central Bible College (now Evangel University), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology, and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God.
As the Children's Pastor, she is passionate about guiding kids from infancy through 5th grade in their faith journey. Affectionately known as “Miss Betty” by the children in her care, she creates a dynamic and nurturing environment where they can experience God’s love in a way that is engaging and understandable. With a heart for raising up the next generation, she is committed to building a lasting legacy by shaping young believers into future leaders for Christ.
PASTOR ERIC
Pastor Eric Nelson has been a part of FFWC since the age of 12, and his journey of faith—through both triumphs and challenges—inspires those around him. As the leader of our worship team, audio/visual ministry, and broadcast team, he has helped cultivate an atmosphere of worship that deeply connects people to Christ. His dedication and leadership have earned praise from both our congregation and guests, who often remark on the powerful and immersive worship experience he helps create.
In addition to leading worship, Pastor Eric is passionate about discipleship, teaching in our Hope Group classes such as The Well and others, equipping people to grow in their faith and purpose. He will soon be completing his degree in cybersecurity and plans to continue his education by pursuing a master’s degree in theology, further strengthening both his technical expertise and his calling to ministry.
