LIVIN' THE SHEEP LIFE
In this series, Pastor Betty will take our Faith Kids Church through each verse of Psalm 23 and study exactly what it means to be “Livin’ The Sheep Life.”“Livin’ The Sheep Life” means depending on our Good Shepherd. Just like a shepherd leads the sheep to everything they need, God does the same thing for us. No matter what we need, God takes care of it. But, if we want God to lead us and provide for us, then we have to CHOOSE to follow Him as our Shepherd. He will never force us to follow Him. We must CHOOSE to make Him our Leader, our Guide, in other words – our SHEPHERD!
We pray that this series helps your kids learn to follow God closely as they continue “Livin’ The Sheep Life!”
T.H.I.N.K.
On “T.H.I.N.K. Before You Speak!” This series is designed to help children understand the power and impact of their words. Each lesson explores what it means to use our words wisely and how God wants us to speak in ways that build others up and reflect His love. In this series, kids will learn to ask themselves five essential questions before they speak: Is what I’m about to say True, Helpful, Inspiring, Necessary, and Kind?
THE JAILHOUSE ROCKED
When you think about prison, you probably imagine being stuck behind bars, with no way out—a place nobody would ever want to be. Now, picture yourself there, not because you did something wrong, but because you did something good. That’s exactly where we find Paul and Silas in this series.
We’re zooming in on one of the most unforgettable nights in the Bible—the night when two men, beaten and locked up, found themselves in a jail cell for simply sharing the message of Jesus. Things looked pretty bad for Paul and Silas. They weren’t just trapped physically; it seemed like their mission had hit a dead end. But that’s when God stepped in.
SECURITY
We take the safety of your child seriously. Upon arrival we will register your child and issue a tag for them to wear and another to you. When you arrive at kids church, please present the tag to our staff. We ask that you do not send a sibling to retrieve your child. Any staff with lanyards have had background checks cleaning them to work with and be around children.
